is Assistant Teaching Professor of English at Drew University in Madison, New Jersey. In 2019, he received his PhD in Literature from Duke University after completing his BA and MPhil at the University of York and the University of Cambridge respectively. He is currently working on adapting his doctoral dissertation, “The City Novel After the City: Planetary Metropolis, World Literature,” into a monograph. He has written on infrastructure and the historical novel for Contemporary Literature and has contributed articles on the contemporary city novel to Novel: A Forum on Fiction and The Oxford Research Encyclopedia of Literature.
